HOW TO TAKE
Take 2 capsules daily or as directed by your health professional.
It’s rare, but possible, to have stomach discomfort when taking FHG+. If this happens, we recommend starting slowly, taking 1 capsule a day for the first week and then increasing to 2 capsules per day in the following weeks.
