HOW DOES GREEN+ WORK?
Our little green capsules are full of broccoli sprouts, which when consumed produce Sulforaphane - a natural compound that has been shown to have a powerful effect on antioxidant levels, like no other. Sulforaphane is an indirect antioxidant that stimulates the body to produce its own antioxidants.
We have combined Sulforaphane with the trace mineral Selenium, which acts as a powerful direct antioxidant that works wonders for immune support. Now more than ever, it's crucial to prioritise our immune systems, and one of the most effective ways to do that is by fortifying our bodies with key antioxidants like Selenium.

No. Green+ does not contain any artificial sweeteners, artificial flavours, colourings, or preservatives.
HOW MUCH SULFORAPHANE IS IN EACH CAPSULE?
Each capsule contains 7-9 mg of Sulforaphane.

CAN I NOT JUST EAT FRESH BROCCOLI?
While broccoli is still a healthy choice, broccoli sprouts contain 50-100 times more glucoraphanin compared to mature broccoli. You’d have to eat 1.5 kg worth of broccoli to get the same amount as two capsules of FourHealth Green+.
Plus, once you’ve cooked your broccoli you’ll find that much of the goodness has disappeared. Remember Green+ sprouts are also organic and free from harmful chemicals.
DON’T I GET ENOUGH SELENIUM FROM MY DIET?
While Selenium can be obtained through diet (specifically one rich with plants), the amount of Selenium in plants is primarily dependent on the soil's Selenium content, rather than the plant species itself.
Unfortunately, due to the low levels of Selenium in New Zealand's soil, the majority of us are deficient in this essential mineral.
HOW DO I TAKE GREEN+?
2 capsules per day.
To experience its full potential remember to take them every day! You can choose whether to take both capsules in the morning, both in the evening, or 1 in the morning and 1 at night. To enhance absorption, we recommend to take them 30 minutes before eating or 1.5 hours after a meal.
WHY DO I NEED TO TAKE GREEN+ EVERY DAY?
To ensure you're maximising the benefits of Green+, we recommend you take 2 capsules of FHG+ every day. In fact, research shows that there may be even more benefit in spreading the dose over the day i.e. taking 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill in the evening!
However, we know remembering to take any pills on a regular basis can be a challenge! We find it helps to keep a bottle close at hand, in the kitchen or bathroom, so it's front of mind and if you do forget, it's best not to stress about it and take your daily dose as recommended.
WHEN WILL I NOTICE A DIFFERENCE?
It’s hard to say exactly as everyone is different. We have some customers report that they notice a difference after only a few days, whilst others say it takes a good 12 weeks to notice the benefits. Sometimes there’s an ‘aha’ moment when they notice that actually they haven’t had a headache in weeks or their knee feels way better after a run. What most say is that their energy and alertness is drastically improved.
Remember that these work from the inside out so even if you notice no physical difference, know they are working their magic from within.
CAN I INCREASE MY DOSAGE?
We recommend taking 2 capsules daily which is in line with clinical trial dosage. However, if you have a specific medical condition and want to increase the amount of capsules you take, we recommend talking to your health professional first.
CAN I TAKE GREEN+ IF I HAVE ALLERGIES?
We have gone to great lengths to make sure FourHealth Green+ is accessible for as many people as possible. FourHealth Green+ is free of Dairy (including egg), Wheat, Gluten, Fish & Shellfish, Rice, Soy or Soy derivatives, Peanuts & Tree Nuts and Yeast.
We don’t use any artificial sweeteners, flavours, colours or preservatives, plus it’s Non-GMO. It’s also Organic Halal, Kosher and Vegan friendly. Wow! So unless you have a cruciferous vegetable or sulphur allergy, anyone can use Green+.
ARE THERE ANY CONTRAINDICATIONS WITH GREEN+?
Medications changed by the liver (cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) substrates) may interact with Sulforaphane.
Some medications are changed and broken down by the liver. Sulforaphane might change how quickly the liver breaks down these medications. This could potentially change the effects and side effects of these medications.
IS IT SAFE TO TAKE WHEN I’M TRYING TO CONCEIVE, DURING PREGNANCY OR WHEN BREASTFEEDING?
Always play it safe and ask your health professional for advice. Although you’re basically consuming a vegetable, and there should be no side effects whatsoever, some people do find they can get an upset tummy or have a bit more gas, so best to check.
IS GREEN+ SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes, it is definitely suitable for children, especially those in their mid-teen years and during any growth and development phase. For those younger than 12, we would suggest 1 capsule a day is sufficient. However, the regular dose is also perfectly safe. The benefit should be maximised with one dose daily. The capsules can also be broken open and mixed in food if required, e.g., banana.

HOW DO I STORE MY GREEN+ CAPSULES?
It’s always best to keep supplements away from bright sunlight and very warm conditions so ultimately pop them in your cupboard or drawer during the warmer summer months.
ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?
Usually no, however we have had a couple of customers say they can cause an upset stomach or gas. If this is the case, we recommend you lower the dose to one capsule a day.
If you continue to have discomfort, discontinue use and seek the advice of a health professional.

WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT PROCESS FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
When you sign up for a FourHealth membership, we charge your payment method for the first month’s order, then process and dispatch the corresponding order. It then works on a 30-day or 90-day cycle going forward depending on which membership you signed up for. 30 or 90 days after your initial purchase, you will be charged again, and your corresponding subscription order will be dispatched.
You can also view your upcoming subscription processing dates (future dates that your order will be charged and processed on) by logging into your FourHealth account and going to MEMBERS PORTAL.

HOW DOES THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WORK?
Invite your friends to our store by sharing your referral link and get rewarded for each referred friend. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Postage outside of New Zealand incurs an additional charge, calculated at the time of purchase in accordance with your address for delivery.
All international orders are sent via New Zealand Post, as Standard Tracked Shipping (7-10 business days).
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make delivery changes for you. You will need to arrange a redirection via NZ Post.
HOW LONG WILL MY NZ ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
All orders placed before midday (NZST) Monday through to Friday are eligible for same day dispatch.

HOW LONG WILL MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
NZ Post provides safe and fast shipping worldwide. Transit times provided in your tracking details are estimates only and delivery times may be extended due to delays such as customs, quarantine processing, freight plane schedules and demand in your region.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
FourHealth will not accept any returns due to health regulations. However, if you are unhappy with your experience please contact us at info@fourhealth.co.nz and we will be more than happy to attempt to assist you.
In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible and we will help to resolve the situation. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed within 2 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable if your delivery has been damaged. In which case we will refund you the shipping costs. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I BOUGHT MY GREEN+ FROM A STORE. CAN I GET A REFUND?
No. Customers will need to contact the store where they purchased their Green+ and abide by that store’s return, exchange and refund policies.
