FourHealth will not accept any returns due to health regulations. However, if you are unhappy with your experience please contact us at info@fourhealth.co.nz and we will be more than happy to attempt to assist you.
In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible and we will help to resolve the situation. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed within 2 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable if your delivery has been damaged. In which case we will refund you the shipping costs. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
