This website is operated by FourHealth. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FourHealth. FourHealth offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are GST inclusive. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
Delivery of your ordered product will be as set out on our website. Our terms of payment are set out on the order page.
All risk of loss or damage to your ordered product passes to you when we despatch the product.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
READ THE LABEL BEFORE USE. The recommended adult dosage of 2 capsules daily is displayed on the product label and should be followed unless specified otherwise by your healthcare professional. FourHealth Green+ is not recommended for anyone under the age of eighteen (18) years.
If you have any health issues, concerns or are on any other medication, we recommend consulting with your Doctor or healthcare professional prior to using FourHealth Green+.
All information provided on this website is intended for general information purposes only and whilst we have taken due care in providing this information it should not be taken as a substitute for professional medical advice. Well and Good Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors do not provide any warranty either express or implied, including without limitation as to the accuracy, currency or reliability of any content or information on the website.
Before commencing a new vitamin, supplement or health related routine you should always seek medical advice from your healthcare professional. If you have any health issues, concerns or are on any other medication, we recommend consulting with your healthcare professional before use.
SECTIONS 3 - PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices quoted on the website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Costs relating to international orders including currency conversion rates that you are charged via your bank may vary and are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website without notice to you.
Payment: We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and After Pay (After Pay New Zealand customers only). Once your order has been successfully processed you will receive an order confirmation via email.
SECTION 4 - CANCELLATIONS
Due to our fast dispatch process, any order cancellations or changes to your order will need to be made as soon as possible. If you do need to make a change or cancel your order please email info@fourhealth.co.nz. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once your order has been shipped.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING INFORMATION
New Zealand Shipping:
We offer FREE regular shipping on all New Zealand orders.
Timeframe: 3-5 business days. All orders placed before 10 am Monday-Friday will be packed and shipped off the same day from our dispatch centre in Auckland.
International Shipping:
Postage outside of New Zealand incurs an additional charge, calculated at the time of purchase in accordance with your address for delivery.
All international orders are sent via New Zealand Post and have the option of Standard Tracked Shipping (5-12 business days) or Express Tracked Shipping (2-6 business days).
SECTION 6 - CUSTOMS/TAXES
Please be aware that additional customs charges or fees may be payable upon collection of your order. Customs charges or fees are not included or covered by FourHealth and are solely the responsibility of the customer.
SECTION 7 - SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you purchase a subscription through our website you agree to have the product shipped to you monthly. Your subscription will continue on a recurring monthly basis until you choose to cancel. Your monthly payment will be deducted from your nominated payment method and once successfully processed, your order will be shipped the next business day.
There is no subscription fee associated with your monthly subscription. You will only be charged for the cost of the product and if outside of New Zealand shipping costs may be applicable.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by logging into your account and navigating to “manage subscription”. Cancellations will be processed within 1-3 business days. If your subscription order is shipped before the cancellation is processed returns are not accepted due to health regulations.
SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
FourHealth will not accept any returns due to health regulations. However, if you are unhappy with your experience please contact us at info@fourhealth.co.nz and we will be more than happy to attempt to assist you.
In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible and we will help to resolve the situation. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed within 2 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable if your delivery has been damaged. In which case we will refund you the shipping costs.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
SECTION 9 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately and up to date as possible on our website. Where we become aware of the need to update a description, we reserve the right to do so at any time.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour, nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
