HORMONAL IMBALANCE

FOR WOMEN WITH HORMONAL IMBALANCES, PERIOD OR MENOPAUSAL SYMPTOMS
Elevated levels of oestrogen can be harmful, causing DNA damage (which may lead to cancer over time) (1)

Elevated or fluctuating levels of oestrogen can cause symptoms, such as:

Painful periods, moodiness, poor sleep, headaches

Oestrogen exists in 3 differing forms:

Estrone (E1)

Estradiol (E2)

16α Estriol (E3)

The Liver’s job is to convert these primary forms of Oestrogen into metabolites, so that they can be removed from the body. This primarily occurs in Phase II of the Liver Detox process.

Sulforaphane, the active ingredient in FOUR HEALTH Green has been shown to support the production of Phase II Liver Detox enzymes (in fact it’s nature’s most potent inducer of Phase II Liver Detox enzymes (2)), which are what break down and clear both Oestrogen, and some of its potentially DNA damaging metabolites (1).

These enzymes (Glutathione, Quinone Oxidoreductase (NADPH), Glutathione-S-Transferase (GST)), have been scientifically shown to clear Oestrogen and its potentially damaging metabolites, and protect against DNA damage associated with excess Oestrogen and it’s metabolites (1).
